Returns/Refunds

I don't accept any returns or refunds, cancellations are accepted as long as the item has yet to ship. 

Shipping

I typically ship through USPS and provide tracking information.

Your purchased product will ship within 1-3 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days.

I try to package my products in a way that will protect from any damages, however, I cannot control it once it leaves my hands. Should your product be damaged fill out the contact form and I will email back within 1-3 business days. Be prepared to provide a photo of the damaged product.

Should your product become lost in transit, fill out the contact form and I will email back within 1-3 business days. Be prepared to provide your tracking number and date of purchase.

I currently only ship to the United States.
